Payment

Payment is made exclusively in the national currency of Ukraine.
The payment method must be agreed with the manager.
You can pay for the goods by transfer to a PrivatBank card.
Cash upon receipt of goods from the transport company
Non-cash payment based on an invoice.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta.
Delivery time of goods according to the carrier's terms.
The declaration number is sent to the client via SMS or email.
The delivery service is paid by the recipient.
Orders are shipped from the store address Persenkivka 17.
Pickup: you can pick up the goods at the address: Lviv, Persenkivka St., 17

Order processing

Orders are processed during business hours on Monday
Friday from 10:00 to 15:00.
Orders up to 500 UAH are shipped only upon prepayment.
Orders received after business hours (including weekends and holidays) are processed on the next business day by 11:00 AM.
After processing, our manager will contact the client at the specified phone number to clarify and confirm the order.
The confirmed order is being prepared for shipment to the customer.
For the convenience of customers, the SHTURM online store accepts orders online 24/7.

Exchange and return of goods

You can return a product of proper quality or exchange it for another one if the following conditions are met (Law of Ukraine On Consumer Rights Protection, Section 2, Art. 9):

it is not on the list of goods that are not subject to exchange and return (CMU Resolution of March 19, 1994 No. 172);
if the specified product was not used, its product appearance, packaging, consumer properties, seals, and factory labels have been preserved;
Less than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the goods.

If at the time of exchange there is no similar product, you can purchase any other products from the available assortment with the appropriate transfer of cost, or receive money in the amount of the cost of the returned product.

⚠ Attention! When returning or exchanging goods, all costs associated with shipping the goods (carrier services) and sending money (all banking transactions) are borne by the buyer.

Return procedure:

call and inform about your intention to return the purchased goods;
send us the goods by carrier, paying for its services;
provide the declaration number of the sent parcel and the bank card number (another option) to return the cost of the goods;
After receiving and checking the contents of the package and the proper quality of the goods, we will refund your money as agreed.
