Helikon-Tex COUGAR® QSA™ + HID™ Jacket - Soft Shell Windblocker - a lightweight demi-season jacket made of membrane fabric, specially designed for representatives of police, law enforcement and security structures working in urban environments. Thanks to the unique properties of high-tech materials, the jacket retains heat perfectly, provides reliable protection from strong wind and light rain. In case of physical exertion, it removes excess heat and moisture to the outside, creating a comfortable body temperature. The hood hidden in the collar is easily pulled out and adjusted using a shock cord with latches, brought out in a pocket. The jacket is equipped with the Quick Side Access™ (QSA™) quick access system, which allows you to instantly get a weapon or any other item attached to the belt in one smooth movement, which significantly affects the speed of reaction in emergency, life-threatening situations. The Hidden ID panels™ (HID™) system consists of three pockets on the chest and back, specially configured for identification panels of various sizes, which, depending on the circumstances, can be worn outside or remain hidden in the pockets. The jacket is equipped with two blank panels that the user can customize by embroidery or printing the necessary information.
