LOWA ZEPHYR MK2 GTX MID W is a functional mid-height tactical boot, created as a further development of the legendary Zephyr model. The combination of lightness, mobility and stability makes them suitable for dynamic use in difficult conditions. The model is designed for special units of military and law enforcement agencies, as well as for other tasks where reliable foot support, freedom of movement and comfort during prolonged wear are important.

The MID-CUT mid-cut provides the necessary support in the ankle area without restricting mobility. This design is especially well suited for active movement, rapid descents and ascents, as well as situations where a combination of stability and freedom of movement is required.

The upper of the boots is made of a combination of water-repellent and tear-resistant natural suede and durable, breathable CORDURA® material. This combination provides a good balance between durability, protection and ventilation. The upper materials are designed for intensive use and help maintain the functionality of the boots during active use.

The waterproof and highly breathable GORE-TEX® Professional membrane provides protection against adverse weather conditions. It helps to protect your feet from water penetration while at the same time ensuring that water vapor is released to the outside. The membrane construction is particularly well suited for moderate and predominantly humid climates.

An innovative locking hook is used to fine-tune the fit. It allows the lacing in the forefoot and ankle areas to be adjusted separately. This allows the fit to be adapted to the characteristics of the foot and the nature of the load.

A two-layer polyurethane midsole with a MONOWRAP® frame wraps and supports the foot like an exoskeleton. The design helps stabilize the foot, provides lateral support, and helps control movement on uneven surfaces.

Direct injection manufacturing ensures a strong connection of shoe components. The midsole is made using DOUBLE INJECTION technology, which combines different material properties to achieve the necessary balance between cushioning, stability and comfort.

The LOWA RUBBER OUTSOLE is responsible for grip with the surface. It has high anti-slip properties and ensures reliable contact with the surface. The sole is also resistant to oil, gasoline and contact heat, and the entire structure has heat and cold insulating properties.
