The Merrell Moab 3 MID GTX is a men's trekking shoe for hiking, traveling, and outdoor activities. The high-top construction provides extra coverage around the ankle, and the combination of suede uppers, mesh materials, and a GORE-TEX® membrane makes it a practical choice for use in changeable weather.
Moisture protection and durability
The upper is made of suede and breathable mesh. The GORE-TEX® membrane provides waterproofing and helps to remove water vapor. The tongue with side inserts prevents dust and small debris from entering, and the rubber toe cap reduces the risk of damage to the shoe when driving over rough terrain.
Comfort and foot support
The removable Kinetic Fit™ ADVANCED contoured footbed features enhanced cushioning in the heel area and helps support the foot. A molded nylon insert supports the arch of the foot. A Merrell Air Cushion in the heel absorbs shock and promotes stability, while Super Rebound Compound provides additional cushioning.
Surface adhesion
The Vibram® TC5+ rubber outsole is designed for active use on a variety of surfaces, providing traction for hiking and nature walks.
